If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase which is why we only offer a refund as store credit for purchased damaged personalized artwork when applicable within 30 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your product for store credit or a different product if your product is found faulty or damaged. However, other purchased items that are printed on clothes and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size. If the products are damaged by our error, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note the following exceptions to our refund and exchange policy:


  • To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged due to our error.
  • We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.


  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition that’s damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is purchased more than 30 days after delivery.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. We will refund you in full with store credit if you are eligible. Send us an email at support@jeebuunoi.com with pictures of damaged items within 7 business days of receiving your item to validate your request, and we’ll sort that out for you.

However, we don’t offer exchanges for an item with a different size and color for custom designed artwork products. We have one for every custom design artwork apparel listed in our store located in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@jeebuunoi.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We’ll send you a new one or issue a refund via store credit!

If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.


  • Refunds are only in store credit.
  • Refunds are processed within (15) business days.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Jeebuunoi reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of products
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
